If you downloaded any of the above (or many of them), you may now find yourself with the dreaded BFB (not Bleak Falls Barrow…the other one). Check out the HELP! page for how to fix this. And just a reminder, it’s not actually a “bug”; when you have NPC facegen issues it’s because the meshes and textures for that particular NPC don’t match the game’s data records. Easiest thing to try for a quick fix? Make sure that the order of anything affecting NPCs matches between your left pane (mods - specifically for this purpose, the BSAs) and right pane (plugins). Keep in mind that loose BSAs load after packed, so if you aren’t sure what is loose/packed and you are using MO2, you can see exactly which data records will load into your game by going to the Data tab in the right pane.
